What type of files will you accept?

STEP. IGES. DWG and Solid Works files are acceptable. PDF is also accepted.

How many materials are available for CNC Machining?

Over 80 types of metals and plastics are available in stock.

What is the expected delivery time for my custom parts?

Generally, it’s determined by your custom part’s geometry. The fast turnaround for CNC is 72 hours, and for sheet metal parts are 24 hours.

What dimensions can be machined on your site?

At okdor we offer CNC Milling (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis) and Turning services. For milled parts, the maximum machined dimensions are up to xxxxx. And the minimum machined diameter is xxxxx. The maximum diameter for CNC Turning is xxx , and the minimum part dimensions recommended is 0.25mm. If you need higher or smaller dimensions, you can send us the request directly to sales@okdor.com.

What standards of tolerance do you guarantee?

Tolerance standards for CNC parts, we follow ISO 2768-M or ISO 2768-F.

Tighter tolerances can be achieved case by case.

What cosmetic standards do you guarantee?

Surfaces will be free of defects, and deburring and edge breaking is standard procedures. Regardless of whether the surface is designated as the primary side, all surfaces should be free of stairways and other marks. For the secondary side, there will be minor acceptable hanging marks. Using post-processing and finishing methods, machined parts can be given a better visual appearance, improved wear resistance, and improved surface roughness.

How to Reduce the cost of my CNC Parts?

The best way to reduce machining costs is to design features that can be machined quickly. Such as choosing rounded internal corners, avoiding deep pockets, expanding thin walls, leverage drill sizes. The second way is material cost. Choose softer material that can be machined faster and lower the machining time.

The third is to avoid touch tolerance unless it is necessary and to reduce multiple surface finishing.
