We provide CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, and progressive stamping services that make parts directly from 3D CAD models, which minimizes errors. Our proprietary software generates toolpaths automatically, decreasing manufacturing times and reducing costs.
Currently, we do not provide design services.

In rapid prototyping, 1 to 200 parts can be made in small quantities. As well as sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, and progressive stamping, all of our services are for bulk productions. Yes, we provide manufacturing contacts.
Depending on which mold you choose, you will own the standalone mold. Ensure that, before placing the mold, your project manager is aware that you will be exporting a fully functional standalone mold.
The stamping mold is stored at our facilities for minimum of two years with no extra charge.
Depends on the structure of your custom part. Generally, our stamping mold can produce more than millions fine parts.
It depends on the geometry of your custom part. You can get a quote for sheet metal fabrication and progress stamping at once if its structure is suitable for sheet metal.
Our manufacturing department can produce your custom parts within 24 hours. Depending on the country, shipment times may vary. If you would like to know the specific time, please contact us at sales@okdor.com.
Reports & Certifications
We provide material test reports for Metals and are available upon request. Below is the testing content of the report:

We offer material test reports at no extra lead time.
Full dimensions report is available upon request for CNC Machined and sheet metal fabricated parts. The following info is typically needed to prepare a full-dimensional report:
- Critical dimensions
- batch size
- parts to be inspected

The price of full dimensional starts at $90/line item with 3 business days. Order over $10,000, reports are free of charge.

We also provide documents for customs clearance purposes.
We offer the first article of inspection on CNC Machined and Sheet metal fabricated parts.
Rhos certificates offer upon request and will be charged extra cost with certain times to obtain.
REACH certificates declares that the materials applied to manufacturing, contains no more than 0.1% hazardous substances. This report will be provided with no extract cost and lead time.
Iso or other related quality system reports are available upon request.
Surface treatment reports are available upon request.
Quality issues & Shipments
We assist logistic service for your order.
Customs clearance policies differ between countries. Your country’s custom clearance may not be handled by us in this case.
The way we pack that your parts will arrive your hands safely.
Yes you can custom package for your parts, but there would be extra charges.
If this situation happened, please contact your project manager or us directly at sales@okdor.com. We will seek for a solution.
If the parts you received are out of specification, we will reproduce them for free or refund to you, including the related bank fee.
